DAY 2. DESERT SKILLS, YOGA & POOLSIDE COCKTAILS
Kick off your morning with breakfast overlooking the desert landscape. We will provide in house breakfast so everyone can get a healthy start to each day. *(Note: There will be food options available for all dietary needs.)
We are kicking off our first day with a morning of skills progression. We will start with the fundamentals and work our way up from there. We’ll practice proper body position and moving your body through different planes of movement. We will also work on important fundamental skills such as braking, shifting, line selection, navigating obstacles, and an introduction to the many elements of cornering.
After our morning session, we’ll take a break for a healthy picnic lunch before loading up to head to the trail for the afternoon. We’ll head to the famous Gooseberry Mesa and top off our day riding the Wire Mesa loop. This newer trail is an intermediate loop with fun flowy segments speckled with fun, technical slickrock sections…the perfect warm up to southern Utah mountain biking. We will stop to session at select areas on the trail and work on the skills we practiced in the morning skills session.
After an incredible day of riding, we’ll return to our home for a relaxing yoga session and poolside cocktails. Dinner will be provided for the group tonight by our in-house private chef.
-
DAY 3. DESERT RIDING SKILLS & POST-RIDE WORKSHOP
We’ll start our day today with a healthy group breakfast at our private residence before heading off to the trails. We have an excellent day planned today filled with skills practice, fun sections of trail to play on, and a very special post ride yoga session & workshop.
After breakfast, we’ll hit the road and head to the greater St George area to ride in Santa Clara. We will spend our day working on many areas of desert riding. We’ll play around on rock features & practice a variety of skills that will elevate your experience on your bike and increase your confidence. Trail choices will be made by the coaches, based off our skills goals for the day. We’ll stop for a picnic lunch midday and then ride until midafternoon.
After this amazing day on the trails, we’ll head back for a relaxing yoga session followed by ice-cold beverages in the pool! We’ll take a quick dip, catch up on our day, and then group up for an extraordinary workshop. This workshop will provide a unique roundtable experience with facilitated discussions around select topics such as fear, recovering your headspace after a fall, and how to expand your comfort zone on two wheels.
We will top off this incredible day with a spectacular group dinner provided just for our group. Enjoy some much-needed R&R and get ready for another extraordinary day of riding tomorrow!

DAY 4. FULL DAY ADVENTURE
Today we will offer a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session to start the day off before enjoying our group breakfast. We have a big day of riding today, so we want to set you up for success. After breakfast, we’ll hit the road and head to the world class trail network of Gooseberry Mesa. We’ll spend the whole day riding one of Southern Utah’s best mountain bike trail systems. Fun technical climbs, epic slickrock descents and views that will leave you wanting more!
This is a big day, so we’ll take our lunch with us on the trail. We’ll plan to be out riding for anywhere from 4-6+ hours and have lunch at an incredible point along the trail with amazing views. Note: There is an option for some of the group to ride a shorter loop and the rest of the group to ride the longer route option. Groups will be split based on interests, ability, and skills goals.
We’ll spend the day exploring this incredible desert mesa. There are trails and features for all level of rider and our coaches will put together a route that gives everyone a chance to explore their skills base, push their comfort zones, and take in the extraordinary scenes of this incredibly scenic trail system.
We’ll return to our lodging in time to stretch, shower and relax before settling into an intimate evening with a final dinner provided by our chef. Bon Appetit!
